Change of the Board of Directors
This is to announce that Mr. Shinya Miike resigned from the board of directors of FiberTech Co., Ltd. on April 24, 2009, and Mr. Yasuhiro Maekawa assumed the directorship in place on the same date, as approved in the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting held on April 20, 2009. Subsequently, the Board of Directors decided that each holds the following office in the board meeting held on April 27, 2009.
